ABOUTLukian. I was born and raised in London, England.
I love traveling and learning a new language. Language is the key to communicate to people from all over the world.
You start life with a clean slate. Then you begin to make your mark. You face decisions, make choices. You keep moving forward. But sooner or later there comes a time where you look back over where you have been... and wonder who you really are.
Everything that ever caused a tear to trickle down my cheek, I run away and hide from it. But now, everything is unwinding and finding its way back towards me and I don't know what to do. I just know that pain I felt so long ago, it's hurting ten times more.
Finally another Cooking blog! Today's Dish is the Red Pepperoncini Pasta. It is actually a spicy dish and rather oily, but as you all know i like to eat slightly more healthy as well as having the same incredible taste.
Firstly boiling the pasta till soft with added salt. Mixing in butter, salt, black and red pepper, mixed Spices and herbs with tomato sauce. (this is all to your own liking)
I then sliced some pork sausages onto a frying pan and fried them with some honey. Add them into the mixture and mix well on the stove. Then in the end, adding the topping of olive oil, chili, fried garlic pieces and parsley.
Everything is now perfect for serving. Not too spicy, not too oily, and a slight sweetness from the honey sausages.
It has been so long since i have updated. I have been in camp for The Miss Model of the World. This year it was held in Shenzhen. So the bad thing was, the whole of the China's Mainland has blocked youtube, xanga, facebook and many other forms of communication i had to you all. Sorry for that.
Since i have come back i have been busy as well.
I was happy to bring back 2 titles and awards back to Hong Kong.

I know i am a few days late on this blog, but i really have been extremely busy. A week ago i went to Muji and i found this Halloween Pasta. I have not cooked for a while right? So i gave it a try.
After i boiled the Pasta, i diced it dry and mixed in butter, salt, paper and some herbs - My usual. I can only eat rather plain, dry, lightly flavored foods lately (what a lot people call boring) so i cooked a couple table spoons of cream cheese and mixed it in with the hot pasta. A bit like a Plain Pasta salad really - but hot.
I went to Las Vegas for the first time. It was a complete "WOW" when i overlooked the city from the plane. I was flying in during the evening so the city just glowed. I see why they say Vegas is the brightest city in the world. I really shouldn't compare but trust me, when you fly to London at night it is just a patch of darkness with a few fire-flies. haha! I am exaggerating right now. But really, big difference.
I don't gamble so i guess it was just be eating, shopping and site-seeing for me.
